Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM(D365 sales) & Technical Consultant
About the Role: You will be part of the CRM Technical team, responsible for delivering CRM projects as per requirements from the CRM Functional consultants or the customer directly.
Experience & Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
- Experience in .NET
- Prior working experience in MS-CRM or D365 sales / service etc, is a must
- Good command over English language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
- Expert knowledge in MS Office and any kind of reporting tools
- Results oriented self-starter with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Competencies / Skill sets required for the role:
- customization experience on Forms, Ribbons, Workflows, and Dialogs
- hands on Plug-in development, JavaScript for application validations in client end, OOB workflows for automate the process
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics CRM web services and REST API’s
- Dynamics 365 CRM Integrations done with Power BI, Share Point and Outlook, Social Networking ,WordPress website etc
- hands on Business Process Flow, Business Rules and Custom Workflows.
- Excellent technical skills.
