At Cetas, we hosted an internal AI Agent Hackathon where our teams built functional AI agents directly inside Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and our proprietary NB Add-ons. We focused on automating the manual workflows our clients deal with every day.
The focus was on processes that cost businesses time and accuracy at scale, such as credit risk assessment, sales order processing, customer case triage, inventory management, and user onboarding across Microsoft systems. Every agent built during this hackathon targets one of these workflows directly.
